hello brother i start using neosat sx1600 sence six months but the most of the french chanels is closed after two months and last week the french music and france 4 and 5 and usha tv and pink tv is also closed in our city no one have softwere of neosat sx1600 i also see neosat website but there is no softwere of my reciver which can i upgrade my reciver one of my friend told me about this website to take help please if u solved my problem i will be very thank full to you with best wishes bye.

Dear Faheem

You can't find out your required software if you are tryinng to find out according to correct name Neosat 1600 Plus, because Neosat is a Generic / Cloned Receiver. But you can upgrade your receiver with http://www.starsw.com/550d-17.03.zip. I hope it will solve your problem, if you face some problems you can contact me.

thanks dear for the quick response of my problem but i forget to ask some question that plz tell me the way that how can i pluge my reciver i have the cable but when i pluged my reciver to the computer can i off my reciver or not i will be very thank full to you if u tell me the right way to pluged and upgrade my reciver thank you.

Dear

Before you will upgrade your receiver, you should look the system information of your receiver especially Boot Loader. If you will use wrong boot loader version your receiver can be damage Hence you should write here your box system information, then i will be able to suggest you right way to upgrade.
